Home Fitness Mission
For Adults
Few adults meet the national activity guidelines, yet most underestimate how much difference short, regular workouts at home can make. Our goal is to give adults in Canada the information, structure, and encouragement needed to start—and stick with—physical activity routines that fit their real lives. By focusing on evidence-based strategies, practical guides, and transparency about what to expect, we’re aiming to remove barriers to fitness and help users notice actual, not promised, progress. Our resources were created with busy schedules, different ability levels, and limited space in mind, drawing from real feedback and collaboration with health professionals. Whether you’re new to fitness or returning after time away, our approach centers on what you can do—today, this week, and next month—not on quick fixes or unrealistic targets.
